Each board is made from kiln-dried wood to help prevent warping or cracking over time and finished with food-grade mineral oil and natural waxes (no stains, varnish, or harsh chemicals). This seals the wood, helps protect it from moisture and everyday stains, and keeps it safe for direct contact with food.
